My name is Amy I'm a stay at home mom of 2. I have lots 50 pounds this year with exercise and nutrition. I found for me the extra support and motivation around me from others also working toward there health and fitness goals kept me going. I would love to make friends with anyone else on a fitness journey as well :) YAY for the healthy life :)
