Welcome to Spark! I eat whatever I want because I am a picky eater. I just enter the foods from the vast database and tracking is easy! If you find that you do have to enter a food, that is easy too. Keep asking questions; SP can be overwhelming!

Hi, I'm new too. As I was putting in my nutrition tracking 411, I saw where you can have meal plans suggested to you by SparkPeople. You can check off the things you do or do not like (like I checked NO TOFU). Good luck.
