If you like to walk, think about joining the 12 Weeks to Walking team, which is great for both beginner and advanced "walkers" but also has two of the best leaders on Spark. It's a great community team.

Good morning all, This year I hope to use the community for motivation. I exercise regularly (gym at work), but I can eat WAY more than I can burn off. I hope to manage portion control issues this year.
