It can be very time consuming, especially at first. I can guarantee it is the only reason I got results, though. I try to remember that I get out of it what I put into it. The more effort I put into losing/maintaining my weight loss, the more results I will/do see. I want it bad enough, so I put in the time.

And if you make use of your "favorites," it will become even more quick to track your food. Also, if you eat a lot of the same "groups" of food often, or certain meals often, use your "groups" button.

I am finding it useful. At first it was time consuming aas My PC is old and a little slow but Now I have the phone app it is much easier. I am making much healthier choices and understanding nutrition much more, it is a real education!
