This site is very motivational, but as you go through the stages you will actually learn how to motivate yourself and be your own coach....but that's a few steps in the future for now.

Where you are today, just concentrate on those FastBreak goals you have set for yourself. It's crazy what a little momentum and consistency can build over time.

So I'm 3 days into this and I'm pretty excited about what's to come I'm just worried I won't stay motivated. Has this website helped y'all stay motivated?
