As for exercise, I lost a LOT of weright just by walking and eating right.
Find some kind of exercise you love to do then do it. I just started kayaking in June and it's wonderful. Try things you have never done...ideos, yoga, Zumba, biking, running, weights. Sample it all and then some. Exercise has a way of making you feel great for all kinds of reasons. Among other things it helps you lose weight, relax, and feel great about yourself.
"Because I am only 5 feet tall and BMI is over 30, my doctor told me I was obese" Anyone of ANY height is obese with a BMI of 30 or above.
"My primary area that I am targeting is my abdomen." You cannot spot reduce. As you lose body fat, you abdomen will get smaller. But you can't pick where the fat comes off of first!
Weight loss is 80% nutrition.. so log your food and stay in your calorie range!

I have been a part of the community for the past week and really enjoying tracking my food and exercise. I appreciate all the interesting ideas for breakfast and other meals. Because I am only 5 feet tall and BMI is over 30, my doctor told me I was obese. My primary area that I am targeting is my abdomen.
If any of you have ideas on food, exercise and just general support suggestions. I would really appreciate hearing from you.
