Hi. I am just starting Sparkpeople. I once weighed 211 pounds and got down to 170. I gained some back though and have been hovering between 185 and 180. I want to lose 20 pounds. I have people in my family who are obese and suffer many health problems from it and I do not want to suffer as they have. I joined Sparkpeople because I have not lost any weight for three years now no matter what I try (running, kickboxing, zumba, etc.) and have begun to get pretty discouraged. So I hope Sparkpeople can help me eat healthier and stick to my workout schedule.
