Hello everyone! I am excited to join. I am looking to lose quite a bit of weight after having 2 kids in the last 3 years. I have joined the Y and am trying portion control/self control with food. I LOVE food, but I also use food to deal with everything -- happy, sad, stressed, etc. Hoping this site helps keep me on track.
