WOW not having gained weight during the holidays is a HUGE accomplishment. I actually gained 5 pounds :D which is really nothing to smile about but I'm already back on track.
well this place is a lot of fun lol and once you start looking around you're gonna be hooked!! I would sign up for a challenge, gives you little, easily accomplished goals, and every time you finish you just wanna do another :D

I am new to spark and I am excited to have joined. I hope that this website will help me with some issues I have been having with weight loss. I started working out in March of 2011 and I have so far lost around 56lbs. The progress is getting slow instead of progressing as it had been.I constantly workout but I guess its my diet. I'm just glad to have not gained any weight during the last 2 months of eating for the holiday.I look forward to receiving inspiration from you all as well as hopefully being an inspiration to someone.
