Hi my name is Kris and I am new to Spark but have been doing the weight loss and lifestyle change since June of last year. I am excited to be a part of the Spark community and have it be an additional tool to the ones I am already utilizing. I have lost 50 pounds but have 60-65 more to go. I love the changes I have made and I feel so much better on so many levels. I am more cautious about the foods I eat and I try and educate myself on as much as I can. I know there are a million "diets" and weight loss tips and tricks out there and I am just working on finding what is right for me. I love to share what I find but I never try and force my ways on to anyone. Each person is unique and so is their journey. I am a single mom of a teenager who keeps me busy and crazy.. I have completed my first 5k and look forward to doing more with the hopes to actually run one someday but I'm in no rush. I love walking. I am considering getting certified as a lifestyle and wellness coach and I look forward to being able to share that with anyone who will let me.
