I, too, am new to Sparks People. I've decided I'm sick and tired of being tired all the time. My problem is finding the time to exercise. I'm very involved in my child's activities and seem to be non-stop from a.m. to late p.m.

Hi! i just started spark people and really want to lose some weight i think one of the hardest part of weight loss, is staying on track when no one else id dieting, so i don't want to feel so alone, i'm looking for a work out buddies to keep me on track

Hello. I joined Sparkpeople to motivate me to losing weight. So far I have lost 11 pounds in the last 2 months and would like to continue on my weight loss journey through many avenues avialble to me. I figure more information is better. I also joined because I don't want to feel alone in losing the weight and looking for a support group too.
