Hello everyone! I am new to Sparkpeople. My sister got me into wanting to lose weight and feel better about myself so my journey started last year with cutting out all fast food. I haven't had a single bite of fast food since September of 2012. I cook at home all my meals, or go to a nice restaurant once in a great while. It was difficult for me, especially since I was eating fast food at least 2 times a day. I was working out quite a bit, swimming every day, but then I got an ear infection and lost motivation. So my sister decided to motivate me again by getting me to sign up with a group of ladies from my church on an 8 week healthy challenge which requires I exercise at least 30 min a day...so I am back at it, and hoping that with her motivation, and the motivation I get from here, and the other ladies, that I can finally reach my goal. Happy goal setting everyone!
