I am new to this site. Not to dieting. I have started many diets in the past, but don't seem to stick to them long. I have a son's wedding in June and would like to lose 35 pounds. Hoping that having this goal will help me to stay on track. Any support in this area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Viv
