Welcome Diana! If you're willing to commit to SP you'll definitely see a change in your health and an up lift in spirits. This community has so many tools to help you learn about nutrition, fitness, and keeps you motivated! Glad you got through that rough bumps and that you are feeling well now. My most stubborn habit to break was also not consuming enough water in a day too. The thing that was able to get me to improve my daily goal of drinking enough was natural HOMEMADE FLAVORED WATER!!! I do slices of oranges, lemons, mint leaves, and herbal teas. Good luck with your journey. Don't be a stranger

So far I have been very impressed with SP. I am usually not one to jump online very often, however, I have been excited to learn more about SP on a daily basis. I am excited to meet new people and join in on the road to weight loss with others. I have been sticking within my calorie intake, need to improve on my water intake, and need to add fitness into my day. One day at a time, as I have been sick for the past 3 weeks and finally getting over the multiple bugs that have been flying around. Praise God for my healing and putting me back on track to getting healthy.
