I am new to excercise, just joined a gym about 3 month ago and have been doing the following
Mon - 1 hour Body Pump & 1 hour Yoga
Tues - rest
Wed - 1 hour Body Pump
Thurs - 1 hour Pilates
Fri - 30 mins swim
Sat - 45 mins walking
Sun - 45 mins walking
I was getting a bit bored and have bought Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred I am on my 7th day and I am loving it.
Is this better for me than going to the gym ??
