So I'm sitting here at one of my largest weights in a while. I used to run. Loved it. Now, after Christmas I've found it hard to be on track. I mean, who has time for 3 hours at the gym like my DH loves to do? Today I was determined to get on track so I joined Sparkpeople and also did Zumba on YouTube! Wow! I love the Persian Zumba playlist I found. It was amazing! Easy steps and a sweat inducer for sure! Please cheer me on as I go for weight loss again. I need to get back to my comfort zone and am shooting for 140 from 158. I can do it.
