I just started the 100 Pushups Challenge ( hundredpushups.com ), and I want to run a half-marathon in October (and a 10k sometime before then).

I'm training for a faster HM time (current PR is 2:12, want to get to 2:07). In the shorter term I'm looking to be consistent with weight training 3x a week.

Right now, I just want my back and neck to get back to normal so I can go back to the gym! Missed 2 workouts already and going for a massage right now and hoping I will be back next week :(

I'm working on my (military-style) push ups. As of yesterday, I can do 12 in a row. Two days before that, I did 10 in a row. I'd love to be able to do 20, so I'm working towards that!

I've just got an exercise bike two weeks ago and can only complete a 15-minute workout now. By the end of February I will be able to complete a 40-minute workout! What's your new goal?
