I'm a big fan of spring greens with strawberries and pears with a balsamic dressing

Roasted beet and citrus salads are a great fall/winter salad.

I always find a new season can help revamp your diet. So here in NZ it's getting into autumn/winter and I am looking forward to the soups and the casseroles I will be making and I am also thinking of trying to bake my own foccacia, yum! And winter salads can have their charm too. Coleslaw of course but I am going to start to think of some new and interesting salads! Any ideas?
