Food choices really can be an individual thing. I suggest you make sure to get enough fruits and veggies, good fats, fiber, and the right carbs for you. I tend to need to eat less carbs than the tracker suggests. I know this so I do it. I also have to watch what type of fiber I eat. Try the meal plan and learn to tweak it for your needs. Good luck!

Hi,
I am a mom of 2 wonderful kids, who has started going to the gym for the first time in my life emoticon . You might have heard the story..but here I go again - I have been working out 5 days a week rigorously for past 2 months. I have not lost one inch or 1 pound of weight since then emoticon . Mainly concerned about my mid section which looks like I'm 4 months pregnant.
After some research I have come to the conclusion that my diet might be the culprit (eating too less and not the right foods I guess). So looking for any suggestions on how to change my diet. The nutrition tracker is overwhelming, not able to grasp what I need to eat to meet the recommended crabs, protein etc. I am just entering the food I eat and it gives me how much calories I consumed. If anyone can share their meal plans that you have been following and has worked for you can you please share it with me.
