Navigate around the whole site...It is great, I had belonged to any and all weight loss programs out there. The greatest help I found was the trackers which I still use. Take the time to fill your goal weight and so on, it will do the rest for you as far as amount of calories you are allowed a day to lose your weight. You have the mindset to get healthy you will. It is a lifestyle change you have to accept and you will be good to go. I gave up NOTHING just ate and continue to eat LESS of everything. I no longer use a large plate, use a salad size. Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels.
