Welcome to SparkPeople. Just take it one day at a time. Don't beat your self up when you have a bad day. Just start over the next day. Use the food and fitness trackers and post on your teams. You will find they will give you lots of support. I am glad to meet you.
I can relate to that. Have started more than I could count. This time I am trying to look at it as a change to the rest of my life and health rather than just a diet. I have made it through my first week and have lost 4 lbs. Good luck!
