Hi Rikkilee148,

Listen it's going to hard and we find it hard to commit, but w/ support it can be done. Believe me, last year January I was 301 and I'm now down 245. If you need an accountability partner there are soooo many people here going through this journey with you. I have a support page on Facebook if you ever need ideas of recipes or inspiration.

I am new as well. I have about 50 pounds to lose. According to the info here, I can lose them by December. I am going to hold on to that date and let it be my motivation. You can too.

I joined yesterday. I have heard and read good things about this site. I am almost 200 pounds over my idea weight, no energy what so ever.
