Hello everyone! My name is Mandy. My goal is to lose 100 lbs. I have lost almost 2 pants sizes in the last month. I am very proud of that. I love the sparkpeople website and have told several people about it. I am afraid to get on a scale, because in the past I have lost 2 to 3 pants sizes but when I get on a scale the number didn't move or it said I gained weight. :) SO i threw out my scale lol. Good luck to everyone here and if anyone ever needs emotional support feel free to message me :)
