Welcome to SparkPeople! There is a ton of great information on SparkPeople, so I understand how easy it is to get a bit overwhelmed in the beginning.

One of the first suggestions I have for you is to sign up for a daily email. This will point out interesting articles and blogs on the site.

Using the trackers is key to understanding why you are or are not losing weight, so get familiar with those. There are videos and articles explaining the finer points of the trackers to help you out.

Good luck and don't hesitate to reach out for help in the forums.

Hello!
I am new here and do not know how to use this site.
I've never been apart of anything like this but I need a change before my weight gets out of control.
I've gained 20 pounds in about 6 months and 40 over the past 2 years.
I'm hoping the support I can get from here will help me reach my goal!
If anyone has any advice or tips I could use them!
