Sometimes we have to learn lessons the hard way. I understand you, I've had the same thing happen to me and I know how disappointing it feels. I encourage you to think of it as your chance to lose and maintain for good so as not to feel that way again. Maintenance is very, VERY difficult so don't feel defective for slipping, but don't let it daunt you too much either. You might want to check into articles about maintaining too along your journey, just to be prepared. By the way, you're still a success and I know you can do it if you've done it once before. Starting over is a sign of strength. Determination will carry you.
Lots of people regain after ANY diet if they have junk food and lots of sugar/starches. Glad ur back. I sent you a Spark Mail.

Hello, all. Just thought I would join myself to this group for support as I restart HCG. In 2008 I lost 50 pounds on HCG in four months and kept it off until last year when I let our traumatic year get the best of me. I have now put back on all the weight that I had lost (had lost 87 pounds with calorie counting in 2007 then the 50 with HCG in 2008). I'm starting over and am hopeful that I can get this weight off, as this is not a fun place to be after working so hard to lose so much just 5 years ago.
