Don't buy into the "Over 50, so it is harder" story! It is as hard as you make it! I am 56, post-menopausal and lost 130# in 12 months. You can, too, if you want it badly enough. Perhaps not that fast (I was pretty focused!), but you can lose and lose well. Let me know if I can help in any way.

I have a teen boy and a husband. I gained a lot of weight because in part of not sleeping over a period of time an lack of exercise so I am trying to get on track with all of those things. I figure some accountability of a board might help. I am over 50 so it is harder to lose weight.
