The guide will walk you through the setting up of your goals and how to set up your fitness plan and eating plan, you can either choose to follow a sparks diet or set up a meal plan that will fit your specific needs. There are a plethora of articles on getting healthy, understanding cholesterol and how it works in your body so you can make educated and wise choices.
