If you need anything or motivation, I'd be happy to help =) It took a lot for me to be motivated in the beginning but having friends and community does help! I also have a friends who was looking for the same thing and decided to make a fb page to help her. Take a look and pass her on, she is just getting started and is doing it for own self motivation as well as others. Good luck and stay motivated!

I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!
