Hi Everyone,

I have just joined Spark, and have very recently just started (again...) an exercise and healthy eating routine.
I have researched a bit, and talked to acquaintances, and have decided to try a wheat free diet.
If anyone has any advice, tips etc, please feel free to share, thanks :) emoticon
