I feel stuck.. I've been watching everything I put in my mouth and drinking more water than I probably should and working out 5-6 days a week. But I've lost no weight. I seemed to actually gain last week and I'm still higher than I when I first started going to the gym on a regular basis. I know it doesn't happen overnight but it's been a few weeks and it's discouraging..well I feel stronger but I just wonder why I'm not losing any weight. I would think someone my size would drop pretty quick, at least at first....?

Hey! I joined a little over a week ago after seeing my mom enjoy spark so much! But it's my turn to get strong and healthy and happy! I'm 22 and ive been told often so I don't look as much as I weigh. But I still weigh too much and I don't feel good doing normal things anymore! I guess I'm just looking for some support and motivation, cause that's what I'm constantly lacking. Just wanted to say hi to everyone! :) emoticon
