Zumba is hard! I have only done it a few times. You mentioned the diet-to-exercise ratio, I understand completely. I hardly watched what I ate the last two years because I worked a very physical job. Now I work from home and rarely leave my computer, and the pounds are creeping on. I just started dieting today and so far so good. I wish you all the luck on your journey.
Pain is weakness leaving the body. (My husbands favorite quote when we go hiking and I'm complaining!)

This is my first time on Spark. I have been doing Zumba for a little over a year, but did not change the way I ate so I did not see much movement on the scale. Now I have been on Spark for a little over a week and lost 5lbs right away. I need to keep motivated and stay on track with my diet.
