M@L is correct - please check your groupings tab for those.

Actually, you can. They are called Groupings on the new tracker, and should be accessible from one of the 4 tabs at the top of the tracker.

I can't remember, but I think my old collection of exercise (called Workouts) transitioned over from the old tracker.

Repeating SMSLAW's comment - emphatically!!!!!!
OK - I hate the new fitness tracker.... is there any way that I can create my workouts like before and have them all ready to check off like I did before, or do I have to enter each exercise every single day and forget what the hell my routine was that ACTUALLY WORKED???? I liked it when I had them pre-entered.... no muss, no fuss, no guesswork. Now I don't know what I did before since this was done with NO WARNING WHATSOEVER and it's a pain to enter my exercise.

I WISH I COULD SEE MY OLD LIST EVEN ONCE MORE SO I COULD WRITE IT DOWN.
MAKING THIS CHANGE WITH NO WARNING DESTROYED WHAT WAS WORKING SO WELL FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M SO UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback, I'll pass it along! However, we moved most people to the new fitness tracker last June, and since then have been supporting both versions. We don't have the resources to continue supporting both forever, so that's why we've moved everyone to one version.

You may find this brief tutorial video helpful in learning how to use it: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/videos-detail

It sounds like you may benefit from using the grouping feature on the Fitness Tracker. This page has info on how to do that: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.
asp?id=78
. Also, we have the workout generator that is a helpful feature that you can choose which equipment you have available, time, upper body, lower body, or full body workouts and it will add them to your tracker all at once: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_plan_
generator.asp
.

I hope that helps!
