There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that's the key element in weight loss for most people. I know it takes some time, but the results are soooo worth it! I lost 90 lbs and there's no doubt that the food tracker was essential for me. Once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can start exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day.
Oh, also, I think it's super important to set small, achievable goals (which I'm sure you'll see talked about a lot here). As you accomplish them, confidence will build. And, you can use that motivation and momentum to reach the following goal.

Hi, I'm reign. *chorus* Hello Reign. And I like food. :P
But who doesn't? However, I am tired of having low self confidence from appearance and just sick of not fitting into the clothes I used to. I'm 26, married for 2 years now and both my husband and I have decided that it's time to change our lifestyle. Although he's using an app for his tablet whereas I'm using this site. I just like the way it's set up better not to mention I don't have an android, iphone, or even blackberry, just an off brand version of the blackberry. As much as I love my husband I will be looking for a buddy to help keep me motivated in this. Yes, on this matter I would rather deal with a stranger and feel a sense of independance from my husband. But being my husband also makes him soft on me and that I definitely don't need. And like my name says, it's now or never.
