I am a type 2 diabetic and have been overweight my entire life except for a short time in 1982. I retired last year and no longer have the excuse of not having enough time o focus on my health. My goals are to get my blood sugars under control by losing weight and making exercise a routine part of my day. My daughter, who has lost over 50# so far in her quest for better health, is my inspiration!
