Hello, I am a 40 year old female paramedic. I am beginning to work on my bucket list and I am planning on getting in better shape in 2014 and running my first 5k in the spring, half marathon in mid summer, and a tough mudder in the fall of 2014. Can anyone help me with some groups or anything to join on here for support and motivation? Thank you!!!
