Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

Hey, I'm Sandrine. I'm 18 and from Montreal. I guess I'm a you dieter and really lazy when it comes to the gym! I lose and gain weight but now I've been gaining a lot so I'm determined to make a change for good! I tend to be more of an emotional eater so I'm trying to get a grip on that too! I need help staying motivated and reminding myself that losing weight is not all about being skinny but rather toned, fit and healthy ! :) So I can't wait to meet people here ! Xxx
