There is not a paid version of the site.

There is a grocery list option in the Nutrition Tracker, which will use your meal info for up to 7 days in advance. This page has info on how to use that: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.

You can add a SparkRecipe to your Nutrition Tracker by clicking on the link on that recipe page to add it to your meal plan.

You may want to check out some of the FAQ's in the help button at the top of the page. I think you will find a lot of helpful info in there in using the site. Additionally, you may find the Getting Started Guide helpful too: www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/get_started.as

Hi guys. I'm wondering if there is a way in here to make up a meal plan calendar using spark recipes and a shopping list?

Also is there a paid version without all the ads?
