I could start this off by saying I have tried to lose weight most of my life but I am not going to .I am changing my way of thinking to say. This is a new beginning. As I get older I am learning that my body needs change and I need to change my way's of thinking and eating. With Spark I feel energized and motivated and am loving moving around the site learning new things. I am looking so forward to the future and learning and succeeding in what I am set out to do. GET HEALTHY!!!!
