I heard about sparkpeople on tumblr and figured it would help me stay on track. So far it seems really informative. I'm a very quiet person and I mostly keep to myself so I'm hoping that by posting often on the message boards people here can help me stick to it. My goal weight is 115 and my current is 175. It says I can reach this goal by August. I'm nervous and excited to hopefully see that come true.
QUESTION: When entering in my exercise it says I have to put in a weight amount. What if I'm just doing sit ups or push ups, what weight do I put then? My current weight or just 1 lb since I'm not adding on extra weight?
