good morning

how is everyone. I doing so so one more shopping spree then done till after Christmas still working on cards too and need to wrap presents. also working on maintaining thru holidays.
then day after will work on losing. but a weigh in day after Christmas so have to really watch it.
havent got on scale yet. hope it is good news.

well scale went down today but need to keep it down either maintain there or down more.
have presents to wrap and some shopping last minute need to get new contact too. may go to chiropractor has a great day.

stopping in to say hi

went christmas shopping for mom yesterday and groceries today will work at getting cards out tomorrow weigh in and firdiay will get last minute things needed and take son shopping
i plan on getting on track tomorrow till christmas and will have to be catious as wi is on the 26th but next year my plan is to reach my goal.

Hey, Glad everyone is focused and working hard.

I still have 22lbs to lose to reach my 100lbs in 18 week (NewyearsdDay) target.

I am working very hard but seem to be building lots of muscle so weight loss has slowed.

Once hit this 22lb leaved me 36lbs left to go.

Well did good yesterday with eating i am hoping to get some exercise in today I did journal one day I have two weigh in left before new years one day after Christmas and I want to show a net loss for December. so I need to buckle down and get exercising and stick to my eating plan I wont let me get where i was my new goal is 175 so I need to work at it it is in sight but cant touch it yet

I POSTED MY WEIGHT AND THIS WEEK DID NOT DO SO GOOD BUT I PLAN ON GETTING BACK ON TRACK GOING TO A TOPS CHRISTMAS PARTY. GOOD MORNING

HERE IN MINNESOTA IT IS SNOWING CHRISTMAS IS HERE. ANYWAYS DECIDED NOT TO GO ANYWHERE SO HAVE ALL DAY TO GET SNOW CLEARED. WILL SHOVEL MOST OF IT TO BURN CALORIES. IF NEEDED WILL USE SNOW BLOWER. My goal is to be at 235lbs. by the end of December. I know it sounds like a lot but the scale is all over the place with water in and water out. I have been hitting the bike hard, watching calories, and drinking water, recording on SP.

Hope you are all doing well and pushing to reach your goals.

I managed to lose 4lbs last week so over my half way point got total goal 11 weeks in..

Total loss is 69lbs.. so 31lbs more to hit by new years day, this only gives me 7 weigh ins as the 7th weigh in will be on new years day,

This is probably not healthy of possible but will not mean i wont work hard and eat correctly to do all i can physically do to reach it.

The main reason for this goal is to keep me on track during festive period.. So if dont reach goal but lose 20lbs its a massive success in my eyes...

Wow! I better make some changes if I want to meet my goal of 120 pounds. This week has not been good health-wise. I wasn't active at all and I ate SOOOOO many cookies it is unreal.

Hello all you wonderful sparkies..

I am setting a New Years day scale Goal which is to hit the -100lbs loss by then.

THat gives me 9 weeks to lose 40lbs. (As my weigh-ins are on a friday.)

This is a target of 4.5 pounds a week, which i know is not best practice.

I have lost 60lbs in last 9weeks and know that the weight loss is starting to slow.
I lost 5 lbs last week but average so far is 7lbs per week.

I am not lowering my calorie intake to reach this goal but hoping my massive exercise regime can help bring me close to this goal.

The main reason for setting this hard goal and challenge is to get my through the christmas holiday season coming up and a challenge i have set myself with hopefully other people setting their targets will ensure i do all i can in a healthy way to reach goals.

I am losing weight fast but i am eating 1500 calories or there about every day, drinking 10/14 glassed of water a day.

I have cut out all manufactured foods with more preservatives that food.

I eat a fibre breakfast bar from a broad range that is 80-90 calories, i snack on a few oranges in daytime.I cook a few different style stir fries that use allot of veg and either steak or chicken. As have calories to use i can add cals by using party sized (80 cals each) tortilla wraps.

I hope other people want to set a goal to keep them on track over the main gain season..
