I don't make resolutions, but I do focus on getting into a good workout routine starting late Oct or early Nov. That way when the gym is crowded in January, I'm in the groove so I will find some way to get my workout in. If the Y offers it again, I'll take Boot Camp class (limited enrollment, so no crowd). Or I can run outside. Or do one of my DVD workouts at home.
I also am working on getting the exercise room at home cleaned out so we can use that for workouts while the gym is crowded. We have a Bowflex and an elliptical. I've been using the elliptical recently, but the Bowflex kinda became a catch-all for stuff. It's all cleared off now and I just need to get the boxed up stuff to it's proper location.

I made several resolutions last year. These were them.
1 Stop spending so much money, well I did do that but with help, but still I had to do my part. (We got a 9 percent cut last December in pay).
2.Get rid of clutter. I did that.
3. Stop smoking, I stopped being a daily smoker but smoke on occasion now. Big improvement there.
4. Lose weight and I teetered tottered since I was not smoking. I am up on weight, but still have a chance to go below if I stay good. We will see if I go below because even one pound less is losing. I will weigh New Years Eve.
My new ones this year is to get out more on my own and lose weight. I really do not go out much on my own, I prefer company, but with everyone working I need to get out on my own more. I like setting resolutions they stay on my mind all year long and I keep on trying to meet them. This year I did pretty well on them.

I vowed to quit smoking and start exercising as my New Years Resolutions. Problem was New Years day would come and go and so would my resolutions. Next time I started at the beginning of December, quit smoking December 2nd and started exercising on the 28th .... 1994
