I have reached a point where I feel unhealthy. Keeping up with my 3 year old hasn't been easy. I was always very active until I got pregnant and had to be on bed rest. It was downhill from there. I gained twenty pounds and have yo-yo'd up and down, never keeping it off. Thias year I made a New Year's resolution. Today I began training for my first 5k run on March 10th. I already bought the ticket to run so that I could not talk myself out of it when the time comes. I am following the "Couch to 5k" for training help and also working out at the gym to help with resistence. I was told by a friend that I could get a lot of support here at Sparkpeople.
So, here's to a new year and having a healthy 2013!!!
