This morning I am not only back to pre-birthday meals (out) weight, but .4 below that. I had a little slump, not that I ate badly, but just lost a bit of enthusiasm. I'm back on track. My daughter is having us all over for birthday cake today, so I'll have a sliver, but no ice cream (unless, of course, she has Skinny Girl or some such). I CAN DO THIS.
