I too see going to the gym as an important appointment that I will not cancel. The gym fee is taken as part of my tuition payment from school, so there's definitely no excuses for not going. I've also managed to track my food intake-for better or worse, for the last 23 days.

Think positive. . . baby steps & everything will work out. Best of luck.

My goal is to come in everyday and track food. I feel myself wanting to run in the other direction. Even if I over eat, I want to know what I am doing.

Ready to tackle any obstacle that comes my way. New Year brought changes for the better. Challenged myself to new things & the biggest was getting down to getting healthy & putting myself first. I didn't become one of those "New Year Resolution Gym Joiners" but I did join a gym. As with any appt, going to the gym is in my calendar & will be met as an important appt for the day. I have done this before I was married & succeeded. So I look forward to the success 20 yrs later of getting to know the old me & with a new attitude. Challenge accepted full speed ahead.
