Welcome back to sparkpeople! We are in the same boat, I started working out again in April and my divorce was finalized in june. Glad you are feeling happier and focusing on yourself! You can do this!!!

Just keep that promise to exercise at least 10 min. a day, and track your food, and you'll start to see results!

So I have been on sparkpeople before.... but I haven't stuck with the eating and exercising like I said I would... However, this time is different for me... I have just gotten divorced (it was finalized yesterday! :)) and it is time for me to focus on me. I need to focus on getting myself in a healthy place and what better time to do it...than when I am starting over new with everything else? I really struggle with getting in workouts because I work a late shift at work and I work during the day at my second job... so it gets a little crazy trying to find time to workout, but NO MORE EXCUSES! I can always find 10 minutes in my day to exercise... and I have decided that I have to do my 10 minutes before I can get online and chart my food/exercise on Sparkpeople... I figure that will give me motivation! Well, ttfn (ta ta for now)... time to go get my booty shaking and get to cleaning my house... emoticon
