Just keep that promise to exercise at least 10 min. a day, and track your food, and you'll start to see results!
So I have been on sparkpeople before.... but I haven't stuck with the eating and exercising like I said I would... However, this time is different for me... I have just gotten divorced (it was finalized yesterday! :)) and it is time for me to focus on me. I need to focus on getting myself in a healthy place and what better time to do it...than when I am starting over new with everything else? I really struggle with getting in workouts because I work a late shift at work and I work during the day at my second job... so it gets a little crazy trying to find time to workout, but NO MORE EXCUSES! I can always find 10 minutes in my day to exercise... and I have decided that I have to do my 10 minutes before I can get online and chart my food/exercise on Sparkpeople... I figure that will give me motivation! Well, ttfn (ta ta for now)... time to go get my booty shaking and get to cleaning my house...
