Hello everyone! I have decided to take my getting healthy in a new direction and instead of being self reliant, I am hoping to meet some people with similar goals to help champion each other to be the best people we can be mind and body. I have been some what successful with weight loss in the past when I actually stuck to it. When I was accountable was when i lost the most amount of weight. I want to surpass that and make this year of adventure and change (i am moving in a few months from indiana to tennessee) and while there is all this change seems like a good time to make other healthy changes, with my eating and exercising. Here are some areas i have BIG issues: emotional eater (sad, bored, happy I feel the need to eat) and portion control ( I dont like to snack i perfer large meals so they are LARGE meals) As for fitness, i actually LOVE working out. But when i lost my work out buddy and going to my classes i tried to go on my own and do good for a few months and then i stop for a while (injury/busy schedule). I need to stop being a yo-yo dieter and exerciser and make this part of my daily habit. Looking for as much support as I can get and I would like to support others too. I am pretty competitive so if you are too, lets do it!!!
