I've created a new spark team mostly for my own benefit; it's a plan that I've been wanting to do which I will need to document, so I thought I may as well put it up here so others can join in if they want. It's basically just trying to do the best that you can over 89 consecutive days so there's no more "I'll make up for it tomorrow" excuses. I really want to lose most of my weight by the end of this year and I'm not going to do it unless I stick to something like this. If anyone wants to join in please head over! It'd be great to have others to talk to while striving towards the same goal - to become fitter, slimmer and healthier from now on - but to document and try the hardest you can for the first 89 days of your journey.
