I don't find Skinny Cow any Skinnier than Friendlys or Edy's Ice Cream. All about etween 100-150 cals for a serving. Skinny Cow is simply pre portioned vs that half gallon. Well, I love my half cup of forbidden chocolate Friendly's Ice Cream. It's the same amount as the cows.

I'd be hesitant to try the candy for a simple sweet fix though. I keep chocolate protein bars around for that. I figure it boosts the protein count that I struggle to keep up.

I've never tried it but it looks really good. It's kinda expensive though and I'm waiting for a coupon to come out.

Have you tried the Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp yet? OMG, it IS heavenly. If you need to satisfy that sweet craving, at only 110 calories, this is surely the ticket for that occasional treat. The chocolate one is my favorite but the peanut butter is very good too. They are pricey ($3.99/box of 6 in Pittsburgh) but we are worth it! Oh, by the way, they are made by Nestle.
