fitbie.msn.com/slideshow/biggest-loser-sea son-13-finale-spoiler-alert/slide/1 There are the before and after "glamor shots" of each contestant. I agree- Jeremy may have lost that kind of weight, but my guess is that he lost muscle along with fat, and has not lost in a healthy, sustainable way. Maybe I'll be wrong, but he doesn't look like he did this the right way, and looks like he is a likely candidate to gain back quite a bit of weight. Conda looks like the game-player she was. She was more worried about winning the $$, and helping her bro to keep the $$ in the family, than getting healthy. I think she is still chubby. She looks ok in this photo, but not gor a TBL finalist. Kim looks scary- she did it right. I hated her on the show, but she did it right. Mike was the at-home winner, i believe- he did it right, also.

Frank- I completely agree with you. Conda, Kim, and Mark were so negative and so into conspiracy and game-playing that this entire season was ruined by their behavior. I hated this season. I stopped watching because of them- I was a dedicated viewer the past few years, but stopped watching in February and only checked in again last week with the "walk-off" show. I think it shows as well. Conda and Jeremy really do not look good. Now, it's been 6+ weeks since they went home, so it may be interesting to see how those 2 tried to shape up at home, but I think they both looked very unfit, had enormous amounts of body fat on them, and looked generally obese in the most recent show. Maybe not as morbidly obese as when they started, but obese nonetheless. Kim looks pretty good. i don't like her, but it looks like she has been doing what is necessary to get fit, and it shows. I can't remember a prior seaon when show FINALISTS looked as bad as Conda and Jeremy did this past week. You'd think that, after 4 months of nutritional guidance from experts, elite-level athletic training and fitness, etc., they'd at least look healthy.

I watched one season of BL in 2010 and that's all I could stands. These may seem like nitpicks, but that was a 30 minute show dragged out to 2 hours and the embedded commercials were an insult to my minimal intelligence. Jillian's ad hoc psychology sessions were annoying. The focus on the drama rather than the methods wore on me. The fact that this is mostly diet and there was next to 0 focus on diet was a bit on the disingenuous side. On the plus side, it was inspirational to see the transformations. There is some good, albeit sparse, advice. Some of the things these people did made you question whether you could be doing more yourself (which is good). Ultimately for me, the bad outweighed the good and this thread seems to confirm that it isn't getting better.

Anyone else watching? Wow- what a bunch of complainers and excuse-makers. The trainers are working overtime to overcome the very negative personality traits and habits of most of this season's contestants. One guy quit. Another asked to be voted off. One woman threatened to quit. And it's only week 4. Another woman is so toxically negative that she got kicked out of the gym for being a distraction to her team. She was giving Dolvett a terrible time with snarky comments about everything. Finally for now, a 57 y/o contestant fell apart physically by developing tendonitis in her hip soon after she was voted off the show. She was the worst participant from a perspective of being able to keep up w/ the show's competition I'd ever seen, and now she is barely able to walk. She has to her credit lost 50+ pounds, though. Man, what a lousy season- but I guess that if any of them really turn it around, the season will produce some of the best success stories ever. A big IF, though, for now.
