I eat better during the school year. During the summer breakfast & lunch, if they happen are whatever. During the school year, they are planned.

But during the summer I exercise more. We have a group that does Zumba once a week after school. I'm hoping to be able to join them.

I just decided this morning to go back to college and get another associates degree in paralegal so off I went to register, pay for school, fill out financial aid forms, get books, student id, parking permit and school supplies. I am super excited, but my son on the other hand is not looking forward to going to school...

I think the schedules make it easier to comply w/ eating and exercising right. You can be better prepared knowing what is going on for the day. emoticon

Can be grueling different schedules; after school events; different dinner schedules and many more things as the year goes on.
